Detailed Review
TLDR
Craava Locking Adjustable Doorway Pull-Up Bar works solid for home setups. It adjusts wide and locks tight for safety.
Unboxing
Box comes light but packed tight. Pull out the blue steel bar, rubber grips, non-slip pads, and a spirit level tool. Instructions print clear on paper. Everything fits neat with no loose bits. The bar weighs enough to feel real, around two kilos maybe. Pads look thick for door protection.
First Use
Place pads on frame edges. Use the level to keep it even. Twist ends to press firm against walls. Turn the locking knob until it snaps. Test by hanging light first. Fits frames 70 to 100 cm wide. Blue color stands out but grips feel soft right off. No wobble when you lean in.
During Workouts
Pull-ups go steady even at full reps. Chin-ups grip nice with the rubber. Handles stay put, no slip on palms. Hang for leg raises too. At 200 kg max, it takes my weight plus plates added. The triple protection pads grip wood or metal frames well. Knob locks every time without loosen. Sweat makes grips a touch slick but better than foam. Switch grips for back or arms.
Long Term
After a month, paint holds up. No rust spots if wiped dry. Pads show light wear but protect doors. Remove easy by unlocking and twisting short. Store in closet fine. Used daily and it stays level. Fits my rental door perfect without marks. Clean grips with cloth keeps them fresh. Build feels made for regular pulls.
Final Thoughts
This bar suits renters or anyone needing quick setup. It stays put for most pulls if your frame fits the range. Grips work well until sweat hits hard. Overall it delivers steady workouts without fuss. Grab it if you want simple strength at home.
